Prior to his time leading the CHL, MacKenzie had 20 years of experience as a sports executive with the National Basketball Association (NBA) Canada and The Sports Network (TSN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the interview, podcasts co-hosts Alex Salomie and Justin Dickie ask MacKenzie about the new fundraising partnership, how mental health conversations in sports have shifted during his career, the importance he places on having mental health supports in place for CHL athletes, and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Talk Today podcast aims to spread mental health awareness in sports through conversations with athletes and others in the sports community who are passionate about mental health.
